30-DAY RETURNS: You may return your item(s) for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 30 days of ship date. All items must be in brand new condition, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with SKU number label still attached in order to receive a full refund. Ruby Cell can only be returned for a full refund if the cosmetic item is in its original condition, unused and the sanitary strip is intact.

Promotion Bonus items, discontinued items and items purchased with credits are not eligible for return.

60-DAY EXCHANGES: You may exchange your item(s) within 60 days of ship date. All items must be in brand new condition, unused and returned in the original packaging with Origina labels still attached in order to qualify for an exchange. Ruby Cell can only be exchanged if the Cosmetic item is in its original condition, unused and the sanitary strip is intact.

Promotion Bonus items, discontinued items and items purchased with credits are eligible for exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for an item of greater value, the difference in price will be due at time of exchange.

TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Complete the return form on the back of the packing slip that came with your item(s). Fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you’d like to receive an exchange or refund. Contact your Dealer if you need advice on the selection of a new one or a different item.

You should expect your return or exchange to take 7-10 business days to be processed, upon receipt of your returned items in our Warehouse.
